So ask me anything. Anything at all. Just remember who you're talking to. ;)

...you may need a few grains of salt.

Hello, @lava14. What is your favorite food?
And is this enough salt?

When maintaining a ketogenic diet, a person may need to consume up to five times the daily recommended dose of sodium, among other electrolytes. Ketosis isn't for everyone, especially those with renal disease, which can be exacerbated by consuming too much potassium and magnesium. This is roughly a week's worth of salt for the average keto-dieter.

I have many "favorite" foods, most of which are fairly illegal and highly unethical. I do, however, love me some General Tso's chicken with fried pork dumplings.

I’m assuming you’re Keto for weight loss, and not a medical condition?
There are many reasons to eat keto, both for weight loss and medical conditions. The two are often very closely linked. I, however, have three other reasons for maintaining a ketogenic diet:
1. Energy
2. Aesthetics
3. Bacon

No as it need just one more salt crystal
It's not the size that matters. It's the shape.

Thanks for the info, @Jessie Boy. I thought the grains of salt I passed on to @lava14 were a little bit short.

Very good. Next we need potassium (non-fruit-based), calcium (the less lactose, the better), and magnesium. I wish you luck in your endeavors!
