Lately we have been seeing a disproportionate workload focused on a couple members of our staff team so I want to make a clarification on the way staff support should be handled.

When you have a site problem that requires the attention of staff where a post is necessary instead of a report, that post is best done in the Support subforum specifically created for this. If a user with a problem PMs only one or two staff members instead of posting in our Support subforum, we run into some issues with distribution of workload and issue tracking for future problems. This doesn't mean you can't ever PM staff with questions but it does mean that they will sometimes be redirecting you to make a post instead of solving the issue by PM. This direction has been made to all site staff and I'd appreciate the community's help in smoothing out staff workload.

TL;DR Post issues in Support, don't spam staff with PMs.
